SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Please note that the shipping costs are estimates (approximately 15% on all orders) as it is difficult to estimate the actual cost until the items are packed. As such, your credit card will be credited or debited appropriately at the time of final shipping. For orders of multiples, we will email you the correct shipping amount once we have received your order. UPS overnight or second day service is available for an additional charge. REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. We provide clients with proofs prior to etching and will not complete order without client approval.
