We appreciate your business! We stand behind everything we create and want you to be delighted with your items.

Returns of non-custom items are accepted within 30 days in unused condition and original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on custom items.

Exchanges
We will replace or exchange non-custom items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@nationaletching.com

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted on stock items if cancelled before shipping. If already shipped, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund. 

Custom items already in process are unable to be cancelled.

Warranty Information
To show our commitment to quality, National Etching includes a manufacturer’s warranty that covers any defects on our products. This warranty is non-transferrable and only valid to the original buyer for purchases made directly from National Etching on any ecommerce platform.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that delays due to shipping and customs are out of our control.
