Returns of non-custom items are accepted within 7 days in unused condition and original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on custom items.

Exchanges
We will replace or exchange non-custom items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@nationaletching.com
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted on stock items if cancelled before shipping. If already shipped, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund.
Custom items already in process are unable to be cancelled.

Once an item leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any breakage that may occur during shipping.
Warranty Information
To show our commitment to quality, National Etching includes a manufacturer’s warranty that covers any defects on our products. This warranty is non-transferrable and only valid to the original buyer for purchases made directly from National Etching on any ecommerce platform.
