Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. The following outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and order changes.
Returns
Returns of non-custom items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges & Damaged Items
If a non-custom item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or exchange it.
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping box

Custom Orders & Design Approval
Each custom piece is made to order based on your approved design.
Once a design proof is approved, the customer is responsible for all spelling, layout, and design accuracy.
Because of the personalized nature of our work, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins.
Customer-Supplied Items
If you provide your own items for etching, please note:
- We are not responsible for damage during shipping to or from our studio
- We are not responsible for defects in the material itself
- Etching may reveal natural imperfections in glass or surfaces
While we take great care, all customer-supplied items are processed at your own risk.
Cancellations
Stock items may be cancelled prior to shipping.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production or after design approval.

Shipping
Once an order leaves our studio, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery.
We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, but we will assist with claims when possible.
Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value orders.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe your item has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to orders placed directly with National Etching.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
